Gut Healthy Pomegranate Cocktail

This is seriously my new favorite drink. I’ve even tried it when I was out of Prosecco and it makes an amazing mocktail.

It’s so refreshing and light. The Kombucha gives it a nice ginger flavor, without all the sugar from ginger beer. And the pomegranate juice adds a summery, fruity flavor along with some antioxidants!

These could be dangerous on a hot summer day.

Gut Healthy Pomegranate Cocktail

This cocktail is made with probiotics, antioxidants, and some booooze!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  • 3 oz Kombucha Ginger Lemon
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Blueberry Juice
  • 2 tbsp Mixed Berries

Instructions

  • Mix all together and serve!

Notes

The alcohol is optional! This can be a tasty mocktail too. Just double the ingredients or use seltzer if not using the Prosecco.
